Takea, President) have more than 80 years combined experience in real estate and construction including land acquisition, development (taking projects through the entitlement process), construction, sales, leasing, property management, asset management and joint venture.
IBC has built more than 150 single-family homes, townhouses and condominiums in Sacramento, CA, Fort Lee, NJ and Edgewater, NJ.
IBC has provided investment management services for various Japanese clients. IBC has advised and arranged acquisitions and sales of major office buildings and hotels in Manhattan and Washington, D.C. totaling more than $200 million. For a major Japanese institutional investor, IBC provided asset and investment management services in connection with a $200 million mixed-use trophy property in Washington, D.C.

Chairman - Hirokazu Saito
Hirokazu Saito has more than 40 years experience in the real estate business ranging from land acquisitions, development, construction, to property management in Japan, Brazil and the United States. During this period, he developed more than 500 houses in California and Texas as Senior Vice President and President of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd's subsidiaries in the United States and he also had develped 5 luxury condominiums (approx, 2,000 units), 4 office buildings (approx, 2.6 million square feet), and 2 hotels (900 rooms) in Manhattan as representative of Kumagai Gumi Co., Ltd in New York office.
About last 20 years as President of IBC Group, he has provided the consulting services to more than two dozens Japanes and foreign corporations, such as Tobishima Construction USA, Long Term Credit Bank, Nissho Iwai Trading, Sumitomo Real Estate Sales and Daiwa House California.
President - Gregory T. Taketa
Gregory T. Taketa started his professional career in public accountin in San Jose, CA, where he became a Certified Public Accountant.
He workd as Controller for Daiwa House Corp. of America, a major Japanes home builder in Cupertino, CA for 5 years. During that time Daiwa built approximately 300 single-family homes and townhouses.
In 1985, he came to New York to open the office of KG Land New York, a development subsidiary of Kumagai Gumi Co., Ltd. as Vice President. KG Land was invoved in 9 joint ventrues with New York's top real estate developers.
Greg is a New York licensed real estate broker and has more than 34 years in real estate.
